We are located at Tombo Beach, the only beach in the state of São Paulo with "Blue Flag" certification. This label is part of an international environmental recognition program. Please help us take care of our beaches: do not leave trash behind and avoid wastefulness.

·Along with your room key, you will receive a key for the main gate, which is locked overnight.

·Check-in is at 2:00 PM and check-out is at 12:00 PM (noon) sharp. Exceeding the check-out time will result in a charge for an additional night.

·It is strictly prohibited to host visitors or have unregistered individuals in your room. The penalty for this is a charge equivalent to one night's stay.

·Our address is Rua Jose Saúda, 201.

·Please remember to turn off the fan, air conditioner, lights, and TV when leaving the room.

·Please keep the room closed while using the air conditioner.

·Guests are not permitted to wash or iron clothes in the rooms.
Extra pillows, towels, and electric insect repellents are available for an additional fee.

·We are not responsible for personal items left in the rooms.

·Room tidying or cleaning services are not provided during your stay; cleaning takes place before and after your visit.

·Please avoid flushing or pouring items down toilets, sinks, or drains that could cause clogs.

·Hanging clothes on balconies or in common areas of the Pousada is not permitted.

·Please keep taps and toilet flush valves closed; report any leaks immediately. ·Showering is mandatory upon returning from the beach.

·Please notify the guesthouse management of any prolonged absence.

·The use of towels, sheets, or any other guesthouse item with sunscreen, tanning oil, makeup, or any other product that might damage the fabric is prohibited. Should this occur, the guest will be required to pay for a replacement.

·The use of portable speakers, playing music on mobile phones, or operating any other noise-generating equipment within the guesthouse is prohibited.

·We observe quiet hours; noise is not permitted after 11:00 PM.

·Socializing in the guesthouse's common areas after 11:00 PM is not permitted.

·Any outstanding balance on the reservation must be settled at check-in; please do not insist otherwise.

·GUESTS ACKNOWLEDGE THAT WE ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR PERSONAL ITEMS LEFT IN THE GUESTHOUSE'S COMMON AREAS.

·Pousada Praia do Tombo is not liable for any accidents involving children or adults in the "Bowl" area or other common areas; we ask that you look after the well-being of your companions.

·SMOKING IS PROHIBITED INSIDE ROOMS AND COVERED AREAS. Non-compliance will result in a FINE in accordance with Law 13.541/2009 (dated May 7, 2009).

·Breakfast is served at the Bowl counter from 8:00 AM to 10:00 AM (subject to the terms of your reservation).

·We do not have parking facilities.

·Quiet Hours: Please observe quiet hours from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM in the suites and throughout the guesthouse premises.

·We do not accept pets. ·Beverages are available for purchase at the BOWL reception desk; consuming drinks not purchased at the guesthouse while on the premises is strictly prohibited.

·Ordering or consuming outside food and beverages on the premises is strictly prohibited. There are many pizzerias, bars, and restaurants in the area; please ask at the reception for recommendations.

·High-quality bed linens and towels are provided in your suite. Taking towels to the beach is prohibited.

Before leaving a review, please remember that you are staying at a family-run guesthouse offering personalized service—distinct from a standard hotel in terms of both atmosphere and facilities. The term *pousada* (guesthouse) is defined as a place that accommodates guests, such as a small inn or lodge. Please note that the premises are under video surveillance.
